Losing a loved one can be a traumatic experience. For most people being present during the dying phases can feel overwhelming. As a coach I sit with you, and your family, during the dying process to comfort you and get to know your personal story. At this time you can share as much, or as little, about yourself/yourselves and the legacy of your loved one. The goal of these sessions is to establish a relationship with me, the coach. And, most importantly for you to have the support needed in during this difficult time of your life.
"Only a moment you stayed, but what an imprint your footprints have left on our hearts." ~Dorothy Ferguson
After your loved one has passed on I will guide you, and your family, through the grieving process. The goal of these sessions is to get you to a place of acceptance so you can move forward with your life purpose. I do this by utilizing the coaching process. I provide you and your family with a safe space to grieve. I provide you with tools allowing you to see a future without your loved one. During grief coaching, with your work and my assistance, is when the healing and acceptance happen.

I work with individuals for private sessions and with groups for family sessions. I can work with you during both the dying and grieving processes, or I could be there for you for one of these phases. Because acceptance happens over time I recommend taking advantage of my package offers. The cost of the packages are customized based on the amount of people per sessions. I offer these sessions in person, (I will make house calls and visits to hospice houses or hospitals) online via Skype/Zoom, and phone sessions. Please call 857-203-7022 for a 15 min complimentary session to see if coaching is a good fit for you, and your family. I recommend awaiting approximately 2 weeks to 2 months after your loss before starting grief coaching.
*Sessions with me do not replace the advice of a medical doctor. I adhere to nursing and ICF code of ethics at all times. Your confidentiality is kept at all times.
