Last Breath Coaching LLC
with Rebecca Tiso RN, BSN, Holistic Nurse Coach, Grief Coach
My goal is to get you and your family to a place of acceptance after the loss of a loved one. Over the years I have developed a passion for caring for hospice patients and their families. I realized that during the dying process and after the passing of a loved one there is little support services to be found. I provide clients a safe place to grieve, grow, and find peace within themselves. Bring them to acceptance with their loss. Healing and true acceptance happens over time.
I do this by utilizing the coaching process, being present and open minded, allowing clients to grieve their loss. This allows you to move forward with your life’s purpose. I am empathetic and maintain non-judgmental environment, regardless of religious or spiritual background.
I offer both individual, and family sessions. I will coach you and your family during the passing of your loved one, and after your loss I will coach you during the grieving phases. I offer sessions via phone, online (Skype/Zoom), or in person.
"Death leaves a heartache no one can heal, love leaves a memory no one can steal."
Grieving during these uncertain times can be especially difficult. I am offering a special package to anyone grieving the loss of a loved one due to COVID-19. Email me at or call me 857-203-0961 to set-up a complimentary session.
During the dying process I will sit with you and your family to comfort you and get to know your personal story. I help you through this difficult process by utilizing my years of nursing expertise. I offer both individual, and group sessions.
After your loved one has passed on I help you and your family through the grieving process. My goal is to bring you to a place of acceptance with your loss. I do this by utilizing the coaching process. I offer both individual and group sessions to guide you through this process. This process allows true healing and acceptance to happen. I recommend awaiting approximately 2 weeks to 2 months before starting grief coaching.
